Lease Rates

MANUFACTURING SPACE
Rates are quoted in dollars per square feet, annually. To calculate the monthly rent, multiply the rate times square footage, then divide by 12.

First Year Lease: $5.75
Second Year Lease: $6.00
Third Year Lease: $6.30

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING SPACE
Rates are quoted in dollars per square feet, annually. To calculate the monthly rent, multiply the rate times square footage, then divide by 12.

First Year Lease: $18.00

OFFICE SPACE
Venture Out Business Center office suites will be leased for a standard one-year term with two one-year options.
Offices are leased at a per unit rate with suite sizes that vary from 158 sq.ft. to 299 sq.ft. There are 11 offices total.

NOTE: With all leases, tenants are responsible for making all leasehold improvements yet must first receive approval from the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board of Directors before work begins. All improvements become the property of the Venture Out Business Center. Lease rates & terms subject to change.
